In this full renovation the bathroom was moved upstairs to an old box room creating a larger kitchen. We restructured the roof with bathroom velux window, new dormer window and a fully fitted bathroom suite. In the main living room door openings were moved to create space, we re- opened the chimney breast and fitted a real open fire. The kitchen was opened up with a brand new fitted kitchen. The main bedroom had a new dormer window built and roof re-structured. The property had a full re-wire and new central heating system fitted. The whole house was re-insulated and damp proofed and was plastered and decorated throughout. Externally new golden oak windows, doors, fascias, soffits and gutters where fitted. This property was completely taken back to its shell and renovated fully throughout to a high standard.
